What to expect when you apply

   Reach out to Realty Resources Management to confirm openings and request a tenant application packet. USDA does not take rental applications directly.

   Submit income & household documentation

   You'll provide proof of income, household composition, ID, and any disability/elderly verifications. Section 521-assisted units use third-party income verification.

   Eligibility & lease-up

   If approved, your rent is capped at roughly 30% of adjusted income; rental assistance covers the gap. If no unit is open you'll be placed on the waitlist.
