Built by Kaizen - not a live USDA site
How it works

Three steps from interest to a real decision

1

Tell us about you

A short, plain-English form. Where you live, who's in your household, income, and what you're trying to do.

2

We find what fits

The platform runs your info against USDA's rules, shows you what you appear to qualify for, and routes you to the right application.

3

USDA decides

Your file enters the queue first-come, first-served. USDA staff (or the property manager) review and the official decision is issued.

A level playing field

Everyone can submit a strong application — without paying for help.

Until now, families who could afford to hire a paid preparer had a real advantage: their paperwork arrived complete, in the right order, and got reviewed faster. Everyone else often had their application sent back and had to start over at the back of the line.

This platform gives you the same advantage, for free. It walks you through each section, tells you exactly what to upload, and checks your file before you submit — so your application is ready the first time, and USDA reviews it in the order it arrives.
